Не завяли еще цветы с 8 марта, а у коллектива УКСХ снова праздник – 20 марта – Международный день счастья! Ломая все стереотипы традиционных корпоративов, сотрудники УКСХ посетили ГЛК «Волчиха» и встали на горные лыжи, причем у доброй половины коллектива в этот день состоялся дебют.

Независимо от возраста и должности, все взяли по паре  лыж, а кто и по сноуборду, и отправились покорять  вершины горнолыжного комплекса. Нынешняя снежная  весна только посодействовала комфортному катанию, так  как падать было очень мягко. Опытные инструкторы никого  не обделили вниманием, и каждый сотрудник приобрел  элементарные навыки катания, хотя некоторые и без  инструктажа показали настоящий класс!

Представители ЗАО "УКСХ" в минувшую неделю побывали на выставке Металл Экспо 2012, которая проходила с 13 по 16 ноября в Москве. Среди участников выставки Экспо был проведен закрытый VIP-турнир по бильярду.  Директор Московского филиала - МСУ ЗАО "УКСХ" - Дмитрий Витальевич Уточкин занял почетное четвертое место на этом турнире. Поздравляем!

В пятницу 10 августа, 2012 года дружный коллетив ЗАО "УКСХ" праздновал День Строителя на Верх-Исетском пруду, г. Екатеринбург. Программа праздника была очень интересной: прошли командные соревнования между представителями филиалов ЗАО "УКСХ", парусная регата, награждение грамотами почетных сотрудников ЗАО "УКСХ". В роли судейского жюри выступали руководители предприятия. И конечно праздник не обошелся без торжественного банкета и танцев. Ниже Вы можете все увидеть сами в нашем фотоотчете.

ISO 9001:2008 of CJSC UKSH was extended in October 2011. Quality management system is in accordance with international standards.

The present Certificate certifies the Quality Management System in respect to works on preparation of design documentation, construction and reconstruction and capital repairing works which influence on capital construction objects safety corresponds the requirements GOST R ISO 9001-2008.

The certificate remains valid till 2014.

Company CJSC “UKSH” took an active part in the second Urals international exhibition and forum of industry and innovation “INNOPROM-2011”, which was held in Yekaterinburg from 14 July to 17 July, 2011.

On the mount located in the construction cluster there were exposed modern engineering technologies of the company in the sphere of modernization and reconstruction of industrial equipment, as well as in the sphere of construction and designing of industrial plants. Professional advisors – specialists of our company – were working with the visitors to equipped expositional site.

The exhibition became a high-profile event for “UKSH”: contacts with foreign business associates from more than 20 countries were established. Series of meetings were held with representatives of enterprises operating in different segments of industry of Sverdlovsk area, Russian Federation.

CJSC “UKSH” expresses their thanks to the proponents of the project “INNOPROM”, as well as to the organizing committee of the exhibition for creation of an immense expositional and discussion area, where science and production meet, where innovative ideas and developments get their start in life. In July the team of CJSC “Managing company of building holding” proceeded to the execution of construction and assembly works under the Contract with OJSC “Chelyabinsk metallurgy plant” on the object “Oxygen-convertor plant. Modernization. Installation of a bloom CC machine-5”, including:

1. electrical supply of a complex;

2. gas treatment (equipment by DANIELLI, Italy).

CJSC “Managing company of building holding” signed the Contract with OJSC “SUMZ” (Group of companies “UGMK”) on installation of weighing batch boxes of new generation in copper foundry.

In June 2011 CJSC “Managing company of building holding” signed the Contract with OJSC “Izhstal” on reconstruction of mill 250 of the workshop 30.

In May 2011 CJSC “Managing company of building holding” signed the Contract with LLC “Ural locomotives” (Russian-German enterprise) on erection of processing equipment.

At the end of April specialists of CJSC “Managing company of building holding” (CJSC “UKSH”) completed erection of equipment of new generation of pipe cold rolling mill 10-45 manufactured by VNIIMETMASH. Employees of “UKSH” performed works on mill erection, including electrical and installation works, waterworks and ventilation system installation.

According to the newspaper “Vestnik TMK”, necessary communications are already supplied to the mill – process water, compressed air, ventilation system and electricity.

Key advantage of the pipe cold rolling mill 10-45 is production of high-accuracy pipes with length up to 30 meters from stainless steel with application of high-technology fluid lubricants during rolling process.

CJSC “UKSH” performs whole range of design and construction and assembly works on a turn-key basis, beginning with the phase “Project” and up to complex works on precommissioning and site improvement.

В Калужской области продолжается строительство  кислородно-компрессорной станции для компании «Линде Газ Рус». В настоящее время ЗАО «Управляющая компания строительного холдинга» завершает строительные работы по «нулевому» циклу  зданий и работы по устройству фундаментов под оборудование.

CJSC "Managing Company of Building holding" (CJSC "UKSH"), which is a part of CJSC "Group of Companies RusIn", under terms of the agreement with LLC "Franke Russia" completed the dismantling and packaging of the presses DSF-1500, DSF-1200, DSF-320 (general weighing 350 tons.) Spain.

At the moment carries out the transportation and custom clearance of the equipment to Russia for its installation in Yekaterinburg at the plant "Franke-Ural".

On December 8, during the visit V. Putin visited the JSC "UZZHM", part of the holding JSC "Cinara-Transport Machines". Today, the company continues execution of the investment project to build high-tech production cargo electric DC 2ES4K, which involves one of the companies JSC "Group of companies Rusin" - JSC "UKSH". At the facility performs complex of works, including: design and coordination of the project, structural works, installation of utilities and commissioning.

On April 27th, 2009 the first assembling line on a batch processing of cargo electric locomotives was opened on the «Ural plant of railway machine-building» JSC .

On this solemn action was a governor of Sverdlovsk area Edward Rossel, plenipotentiary of the president in Ural Federal District Nikolay Vinnichenko, the president of «Russian railways» JSC Vladimir Yakunin and representatives of top-management of «Group the companies Sinara» JSC.

Let's remind, that the decision on manufacture of new electric locomotives was accepted in connection with necessity of replacement of old rolling stocks, according to the development plan of «RZhD» («Russian railways») JSC. In March, 2004 between «RZhD» JSC and administration of Sverdlovsk area the Agreement on the manufacture of electric locomotives has been signed. Ural Federal District has been chosen for this project not casually - here all necessary for manufacture and acquisition of electric locomotives is concentrated.

In realization of the project on start of the first assembling line «Managing company of building holding» («UKSH») JSC (one of divisions of Russian engineering company «Group of companies RusIn» JSC ) as the general designer and the general contractor has acted. Experts of «UKSH» JSC have executed a complex of design, building and installation works for creation of hi-tech manufacture of cargo electric locomotives.
