Project managment

«Managing company of building holding» has extensive experience in project management, including the functions of the Customer both separate stages of design and construction and the whole project.

CJSC «UKSH» renders the customer functions in the field of construction management, starting from the concept design stage and ending starting - up and adjustment works.

In recent years project management in metallurgical and machine-building has been successfully realized:

«Uraltrubprom», OJSC (Pervouralsk) - Reconstruction and installation of TESA FFX 25

As part of the project in the period since December 2007 to May 2009 CJSC "UKSH" performed the following works:

Design and survey works - developed an approving part and working documents, including:

• Project of foundations for equipment;
• Project of electrical works;
• Project of heating and ventilation;
• Project on compressed air;
• Project on hydraulics;
• Project on water supply and sewerage;
• Architectural and construction project.

Constriction of an extension to the existing shop building:

• Added an extension to the existing shop building - 1700 m3;
• Installation of the metal constructions - 780 tn;
• Installation of the fencing construction - 3250 m2;
• Roofing - 8400 m2;
• Foundation for the equipment of the Spanish company "Fagor" - 2600 m3;
• Installation of the equipment of the Spanish company "Fagor" - 850 t.

Work on the installation of equipment line of the pipe-welding mill FFX 25 "Mitsubishi-Hitachi" and "Nakata":

• Earth excavation of stripping and backfilling of foundations - 35000 m3;
• Installation of foundations for equipment and channels - 27300 m3;
• Installation of technological equipment of the mill FFX 25 and mechanization of the line 6700 tons;
• Installation of technological pipelines - 1800 pm;
• Installation of hydraulic pipelines - 11000 pm;
• Arrangement of spaces, including brickwork - 700 m3, 22 electrical spaces, 19 transformer substations and a distribution substation;
• Electrical works on the laying high-voltage cables (6 kW), power cables (0,4 kW) and control cables;
• Electrical works on connecting of the entire mil.

The range of works included:

4. Works on the system OV, VK: performed the complete reconstruction of the ventilation system of the shops

5. Installation of technological and electrical equipment

• Installation of the lifting and conveying equipment ( bridge cranes) capacity from 3.2 to 10 tons
• Installation "on a turn - key basis" - transborder
• Installation of technological metal cutting and metal- working equipment (manufactured by Russia and Germany)
• Performing of a full complex of electrical works on connecting new equipment
• Making of a system of gas feeding of the production operation

6. Starting - up and adjustment works: performed a full complex of starting - up and adjustment works and the install equipment ran in the work.

Apart from execution of the project "on a turn - key basis", the specialists of the company "UKSH" can perform  separate functions of management in design, acting as a general designer, and construction management ( a general contractor).
