Construction of a cement plant in Novgorod area continues

So, according to the project new processing equipment for manufacturing of cement by dry process will be installed at the plant. The said equipment is made by German company KHD Humboldt Wedag.

Construction of a cement plant began several years ago, but due to the recess and problems with plot formalities as well as connection of generating capacities it was suspended. However, the company has already invested more than 1 billion roubles in this project for preparation of infrastructure and project documentation. It is planned that all construction and assembly works will be executed in 2011 and that cement plant will be started up in the 1^st quarter of 2012. Overall investment volume into construction of a cement plant amounts to several billions roubles.
